Over the last six months, we have seen the love of Jesus lived out as we’ve prayed and worked together. Pastors, partners, staff, and volunteers from all our campuses joined as a church family to equip and support each other as we’ve grown along the journey, leading to our official launch this month! This is only the beginning of what God is doing! No matter where you are at in your spiritual journey, there is always a Next Step to take as you grow. The next step for you might be water baptism, becoming a member of the RLC family, or dedicating your child(ren) to the Lord. If you feel led to engage in any of these areas, sign up below! Orrville Welcome Party | Sept 29
We believe that God’s church is meant to abide in Him and experience community with each other. On Sunday, September 29th, we’re having a Welcome Party after service. You can meet the pastors, enjoy a free lunch, and get to know other guests.
Childcare will be provided, so bring the entire family! We’ll see you there!
Orrville Team Night | Sept 8
We are better together! As we get ready to start a brand new, life-giving church in Orrville we want to grow together. Come out on Sunday, September 8 from 6-7:30pm for a night to grow, have a lot of fun, and eat some free food. If you serve at RLC Orrville then this is a can’t miss night!
Time Apart | Sept 27-28
Join women from all over Ohio to set apart a time to hear from God. Gather with your old friends and come and make new ones. You will have the opportunity to learn from dynamic speakers, praise Jesus though worship and be part of changing lives through missions while being further equipped to win Ohio for Jesus!
Time Apart will be held September 27-28, 2024 at Heartland Conference Retreat Center, where you can eat, sleep and worship in one place. Join us for a time of being refreshed in God’s presence with your sisters in Christ!
Early registration closes August 26, so hurry to secure your spot!
There are two options for housing: staying on-site at Heartland or turning your retreat into a “Glamping” experience by booking a room at a nearby hotel. Either option is fine! If you plan to stay in a hotel, please make separate arrangements on your own. If you would like to stay on-site at Heartland, please indicate that you are attending with “Radiant Life Church- Wadsworth” to ensure you are assigned a room with our church.
Friday night, you can choose to pre-register for a dinner on-site, or join other RLC ladies for a dinner off-site at a nearby restaurant.

Midweeks are a great way to intentionally take time to focus, worship, learn, and connect to the truth of God’s Word. Whether you are brand new to church, or looking for a refresh, our classes will help you grow more like Jesus

Ephesians: A Study of Faith and Practice
This walk through the book of Ephesians will examine the invaluable truths of Paul’s letter holds for us today while helping you understand the riches of our inheritance as children of our heavenly Father and what it means to walk in a manner worthy of that calling.
Discerning the Voice of God
If hearing God has seemed challenging, this is your invitation to explore a more intimate relationship with Him, one that can make hearing Him – His will, His heart, and His voice – your ongoing experience. Join us as we discover how we can listen with greater confidence, clarity, and discernment.
Alpha Classes (Starting Aug 28)
Alpha is an 11-week series of interactive sessions looking at key life questions, such as “Is there more to life than this?”, “Why am I here?”, “Is there a God?” Each session consists of a video followed by open and honest discussion, during which people are welcome to express their belief, opinion, experience, etc.
It’s a place where guests have an opportunity to explore the meaning of life and the teachings of Jesus in a relaxed, friendly setting. No question about life or God is seen as too simple or too hostile. Everyone is welcome.

What is a Life Group?
Are you looking for friends who love Jesus and will challenge you in your faith? Life Groups are the place to be! Groups are the perfect opportunity to connect with others in our church, and it is a safe place to be real, ask questions, and learn from God’s Word. Regardless of the stage of life you are in, everyone is welcome!
When are Life Groups?
Life Groups typically meet from 6-8pm on the third Sunday of every month from September to May.
How do I join a Life Group?
All you have to do is click on the button below and complete our Life Group online registration. Once completed, a member of our leadership team will be in contact with you to get you connected with a group that will best fit your location and stage of life.
New York Mission Trip | December 13-18
**NEW YORK TRIP IS FULL***
We are going back to New York! New York City consists of 3.3 million immigrants from 150 countries. Some of these individuals are here for a short time and will return back to their countries while others are here for a fresh start. We have the opportunity to plant seeds in 150 countries! How amazing?! We can reach the nations right here in the United States. By sharing the love of Jesus, these people are able to go back to their home countries and make HIS name known. By sharing the love of Jesus we are helping individuals truly have the best fresh start here in America.
On this trip, team members have seen God multiply toys at outreaches, police officers bring broken families to church teams to receive ministry, homeless receive hope, and countless people accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. By saying YES to joining us in New York City, you are saying YES to changing the world.

2024 Special Missions Project
More than 670,000 children pass through the modern orphan system known as foster care in America each year. A daily average of 435,000 kids are in the foster care system and growing up without healthy homes and family.
Our Special Missions Project for 2024 is to give $25,000 to Compact Family Services. CompACT aims to redeem the life and future of vulnerable children through many ministries, including Hillcrest Children’s Home, Highlands Maternity Home, CompaCare and Foster Care. The $25,000 pledged by RLC will provide funds for needed repairs in one of their facilities.
Please be praying about what God may be asking you to give this year. Perhaps that is giving of your time to go on a missions trip, committing to pray for the children impacted by the foster care system, or by making a pledge to give weekly, monthly, or yearly to missions.
